Max-Pack Luxury Packaging relies on GlobalVision for the deployment of a complete CRM solution for its Customer Relationship Management, for the management of its stocks and its various external communication needs.
We put in place for Max-Pack a complete solution for customer management that allows to manage tasks and display an account and contact history. The deployed CRM also allows for a precise management of the stock, purchase orders and various interactions (phone, meetings, etc).
The solution offered by GlobalVision CRM had already been deployed for several customers of ours and proved itself a very useful tool for managing daily operations of business planning, marketing and reporting.
Moreover, using the customer-dedicated interface the clients can login on their personnal accounts to monitor their past orders and get details of their past interactions.
