GlobalVision Communication sàrl had the privilege of collaborating with Japan Tobacco International (JTI) to conduct an Artificial Intelligence Workshop designed to educate and demonstrate the capabilities of Generative AI and specialized productivity tools. Prior to the workshop, we coordinated with the internal supervision team to ensure perfect alignment between the client’s objectives and our expertise.
Workshop Details: Artificial Intelligence
We ensured to provide relevant information and tools, directly applicable to the daily tasks and missions of the company’s employees. Our workshop covered various AI domains, ranging from office tools for everyday use to creative tools for supporting ideas with visuals (images, 3D, video), and concluding with AI for presentation and summarization.
We explored different instruments: creation of automated Gantt charts, automation of meeting workflows and note-taking, complete web service architecture and code generation, deployment of AI agents for customized use cases, and more.
Focus on AI Avatars
A distinct part of the workshop was dedicated to AI avatars, both pre-recorded and live-motion avatars, and their integration into various business processes, from HR to sales and everything in between.
