Eawag (Swiss Federal Institute of Aquatic Science and Technology) and EPFL (École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne) are two prestigious institutions in Switzerland dedicated to advancing water science and technology, as well as providing top-tier education. Collaboratively, they have created , an innovative floating research station located on Lake Geneva.

LéXPLORE is a unique research laboratory that allows scientists to study Lake Geneva in real time. It provides unprecedented access to sophisticated equipment and extensive scientific resources to understand and protect this vital ecosystem.

Contribution of GlobalVision

GlobalVision Communication sàrl brought its expertise to this ambitious project. Our role was to capture 360° images and videos of the LéXPLORE research station, allowing for an immersive and detailed virtual tour. Our professional experience in capturing research laboratories and scientific environments enabled us to carry out efficient and high-quality work.

We accomplished:

  • Planning and Coordination: Collaborated with Eawag and EPFL teams to plan and coordinate capture sessions.
  • 360° Image Capture: Used state-of-the-art equipment to capture 360° images, offering a complete perspective of the research station.
