360° virtual tour of industrial factory

AV Flour Solutions (AVFS) is located in the Mekong Delta region, Vietnam. The company produces premium rice flour and exports its products to Europe and America. In a move to gain recognition and showcase its state-of-the-arts facilities, the company contacted GlobalVision to create a 360° factory visit to promote to international clients.

GlobalVision captured 360° drone video above the factory as well as 360° immersive video inside the factory. Following a natural path, we filmed from raw material arrival procedure, to production lines, all the way until finished product is completed and ready to ship. Hence, interested users can inspect all steps of rice flour production in 360° VR perspective.

In order to maximize its visibility, AVFS acquired Oculus Go all-in-one VR headsets to play this virtual tour at international food ingredients and commodities events. In doing so, their clients can have a closeup view of AVFS’ factory in Vietnam and their product lines.

Factory Safety Video

GlobalVision was also contracted to produce a regular format corporate video for AVFS. This media is used to showcase their organization and food safety compliance with international standard. All of the various steps were captured in great details and put together to show the seamless production process. It includes zoning for food safety, fumigation silos for infestation control, production, packing, metal detection and secluded container loading.
