Multi-site event management for physical and online audiences
GlobalVision Communication sàrl had the pleasure of supporting the Bottomline annual conference in Geneva, hosting a physical audience and streaming online for employees worldwide. We supported all pre-production efforts by effectively coordinating with the client’s communication and IT teams, as well as the venue, Uptown Geneva.
The conference featured physical and hybrid segments, where remote speakers needed to engage live. We anticipated and ensured seamless coordination by collaborating with speakers in advance. Our setup included a multi-camera system, equipped with live video editing capabilities and an online conferencing system. We also managed all audio, from microphone placements to broadcasting various sounds in-room and to the online audience.
The event was a great success, allowing over 1,200 participants to attend the conference.
