Ascendas OneHub 3D-360° virtual tour

Brief summary: OneHub Saigon is a joint venture between Ascendas-Singbridge and Saigon Bund Capital Partners. This partnership works for the development of business parks, for investment and network in Asia. The group is a provider of sustainable urban and business spaces.

Concept: OneHub Saigon is a real estate project located in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. It is strategically located at the entrance of Saigon Hi-Tech Park not far from the city downtown. This space is built on the “Work-Live-Play-Learn” concept. It means a 12 hectare place integrating businesses, parks, commercial spaces, residential clusters or lifestyle amenities. The aim is to promote this project and present the final result of the complex.

Solution: For that, the GlobalVision team in Vietnam has realised the surfaces and the colors of the buildings from a 3D model of the area. Then, they did a 360° virtual tour from the sky to the floor with the name of the places and interactive buttons to navigate trough 4 different scenes. They created an immersive tour so that everyone could see what the project looks like.
